About the role

The company seeks a senior marketing leader to shape and execute a global brand strategy for its Web3 exchange, driving growth and market presence across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with Web3 innovation and regulatory compliance.
• Design user growth models and lead market campaigns for new market entry and product launches.
• Monitor Web3 trends and adjust marketing tactics to capture emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate branding, growth, product marketing, PR, social media, and content teams while collaborating with product, technology, and compliance functions.
• Create regional marketing plans for North America, Europe, and APAC, managing local partners and ensuring cultural and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a CMO or senior marketing leadership role.
• Deep experience in the Web3 sector (digital asset exchanges, DeFi, NFT platforms, or infrastructure).
• Proven success in overseas market expansion, especially in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
