Chief of Staff

About the role

The Ivy is launching its first campus in Business Bay and seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder. This senior position supports operations, administration, and family experience throughout the pre‑opening phase and beyond, offering a unique opportunity to shape a premium early‑education brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the pre‑opening project plan, including classroom setup, vendor coordination, deliveries, installations, and procurement follow‑through.
• Assist with licensing and compliance workstreams, preparing documentation and coordinating inspections with KHDA, Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Build and maintain the school’s administrative backbone: child records, attendance registers, safeguarding documentation and internal trackers.
• Coordinate logistics for staff onboarding, training weeks and launch events.
• Manage the Founder’s priorities, meeting preparation, follow‑ups, document drafting, note‑taking and action‑item tracking.
• Handle sensitive information, contracts, hiring and family matters with discretion.
• Respond to enrollment inquiries, manage the admissions pipeline in the CRM, host campus tours and represent The Ivy to prospective families.

Required profile

• Experience in early‑years education, school administration or a related operational role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
