Sales Manager / Team Leader – Secondary Market

About the role

Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to head its secondary‑market real estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding listings, and building a high‑performing group of property consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of secondary‑market property consultants to meet individual and team targets.
• Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing agents, providing coaching, mentoring and sales training.
• Drive sales across apartments, villas, townhouses and luxury properties throughout Dubai.
• Develop strategies to increase listings, generate leads and maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, buyers and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics, pipeline activity and transaction closures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market.
• Track record of successful secondary‑market transactions and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai residential communities, pricing trends and transaction processes.
• Established network of property owners, investors and buyers.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred; RERA certification or eligibility required.
