Senior Mortgage Consultant

About the role

YoBridge is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Consultant to manage mortgage applications from enquiry to completion, delivering a seamless client experience and contributing to the growth of the brokerage in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and develop relationships with real estate agencies, developers, introducers and referral partners across the UAE.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, lending criteria and financing options across a wide range of UAE lenders.
• Guide clients through every stage of the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency and expert advice.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support YoBridge’s continued growth and success.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property and mortgage market.
• Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Established network of estate agents, developers, brokers or professional introducers.
• Commercially minded with excellent business development skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a high‑performance environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau and Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes.
