Chief Sales Officer

About the role

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will steer Arada’s global sales strategy for residential and commercial portfolios, driving revenue growth, brand equity and customer satisfaction across key markets such as the UAE, London and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling sales vision aligned with corporate growth ambitions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Design, Business Development and Marketing to identify expansion opportunities and launch targeted initiatives.
• Lead new‑business development, client acquisition and retention programmes to increase market share.
• Drive sales expansion into new territories by creating scalable operating models and localized strategies.
• Lead market‑intelligence efforts to track industry trends, competitor moves and pricing opportunities.
• Champion digital transformation through AI, automation, CRM enhancements and omnichannel sales approaches.
• Standardise sales processes, implement performance dashboards and conduct monthly executive reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in residential and commercial real‑estate sales.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in multiple international markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable sales tactics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across finance, design, development and marketing functions.
