Civil Foreman – Warehouse Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in warehouse construction to lead daily site operations in Dubai. The role involves supervising labour teams, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors and labour teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Execute construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Monitor warehouse construction works including foundations, flooring, concrete, block work, plastering and structural activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and subcontractors on progress.
• Allocate manpower, materials, tools and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE construction safety regulations.
• Maintain daily work reports and update management on site progress and manpower deployment.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Monitor material usage and minimise wastage.
• Assist in project handover activities and ensure completion of pending works.
• Maintain discipline and productivity among workers on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in warehouse or industrial building projects.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, finishing and structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Experience supervising large labour teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of construction materials, site coordination and work sequencing.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and site management procedures.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
