Civil & MEP Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Bin Suloom Group, a real estate and maintenance company in Dubai, is looking for a hands‑on Civil & MEP Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves managing civil finishes and MEP/HVAC maintenance works on‑site while leading a multi‑disciplinary team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil maintenance (masonry, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, tiling) and MEP tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Allocate tasks, conduct safety toolbox talks, and manage a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings using AutoCAD; prepare BOQs, estimations and material take‑offs.
• Enforce UAE health, safety and quality standards on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with UAE equivalency.
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in construction or facility management/building maintenance.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Willingness to relocate and reside in company‑provided shared accommodation.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
