About the role
Aldar Education is hiring Classroom Assistants (UAE National) for Virginia International Private School, starting in October 2026. The role supports pupils inside and outside the classroom, promoting their social, emotional and physical well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group support to enable full participation in classroom activities.
- Assist teachers with pupil records, displays of work, photocopying and other teaching tasks.
- Help implement individual education programmes and monitor pupil progress.
- Support pupils with additional needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Supervise pupils, check attendance and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with specialists such as speech and occupational therapists.
Required profile
- UAE national with minimum secondary school certificate.
- Good English language skills or proficiency in the language used in the school curriculum.
- Proactive attitude towards health and safety and ability to follow school policies.
