About the role
Careers International is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor in Dubai to manage a team of housekeeping staff across residential or commercial cleaning sites. The role involves hands-on supervision, site visits and client coordination to keep cleanliness and hygiene standards high.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews
- Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
- Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
- Record attendance and work reports, and ensure timely staff deployment
Required profile
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali; basic English is a plus
- Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
- Flexible with work hours, including early morning or late evening shifts
