About the role
JRE Dubai is looking for a Client Concierge to act as the post-handover relationship lead. You will own the phase after handover, including snagging, furnishing partners, tenancy and the small lifestyle requests that keep clients calling you first. The role is hybrid, based at the Emirates Towers HQ with frequent visits to client residences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the post-sale phase: handover, snagging, furnishing partners and tenancy.
- Act as the single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio.
- Work closely with the advisory desk so the concierge can smoothly hand back to resale.
Required profile
- Hospitality or private-client services background.
- Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, comfortable coordinating trades and vendors.
- Real estate experience is welcome but not required.
