About the role
The Client Engagement Agent will communicate with patients through phone, email, social media and the internet, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role supports Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital’s commitment to excellent patient service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly, schedule appointments, and document interactions with appropriate wrap‑up codes.
- Make outbound calls professionally, transfer calls to the correct staff, and provide information about hospitals, clinics, physicians and services.
- Record complaints and report incidents to the Contact Centre Supervisor for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (Grade 12); a relevant Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of contact/call‑centre experience, preferably in hospitality or healthcare.
- Basic Arabic skills and fluent English verbal and written communication.
Required skills
- Computer proficiency: MS Office, Outlook, Avaya Aura, Trakcare, Avaya/Cisco phones.
- Knowledge of client service principles, confidentiality handling, and medical terminology.
