Client Engagement Manager

About the role

Creation Business Consultants is looking for a Client Engagement Manager in Dubai. The role cultivates and maintains strong client relationships, tailoring services to each client's needs, resolving issues promptly and collaborating on contract renewals to maximise revenue through upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients so they perceive more value than offered by competitors
• Understand each client's needs and objectives and tailor services accordingly
• Negotiate terms and conditions for contract renewals with clients
• Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and close additional service contracts
• Gather and analyse client feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts and agreements, keeping CRM and filing systems up to date
• Prepare regular reports on contract renewals, client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Keep clients informed about legislative, compliance, tax and legal requirements

Required profile

• Experience in client relations and business development
• Degree in business administration, compliance or a relevant field
• 10+ years in corporate or professional services within the UAE, KSA or wider GCC market
• 10+ years of proven operational, project management and customer support record
• Experience achieving sales and departmental targets

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Zoho
• Knowledge of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC markets
