Client Experience Executive - Business Setup

About the role

The Client Experience Executive plays a key part in running the end-to-end business setup process. The role covers managing documentation, submitting applications and coordinating with government authorities and free zones so that trade licenses, company formations and related services are processed smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade license applications, amendments, renewals and cancellations, and coordinate with authorities such as the DED, free zones, DMCC, MOHRE and immigration.
• Collect, verify and keep client documents, and track application progress in the CRM and internal systems.
• Handle notarization, translation, attestation and other legal documentation as needed.
• Work with client service executives, PROs and government liaisons to keep clients informed and resolve processing issues.
• Keep up to date with regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions and flag inconsistencies or risks in documents and applications.
• Support the client service team with backend operations and document-related queries, keeping client and company information confidential.

Required profile

• Proven experience in processing or documentation roles within the UAE business setup or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of free zone and mainland business setup processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle several applications at once.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 2 years of similar experience in the UAE are preferred.
• Bilingual English and Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with government portals (DED, Immigration, MOHRE) and application systems.
• Microsoft Office.
• CRM tools, with Zoho preferred.
