Client Partner – Turkey & South Asia (Global Business Solutions)

About the role

The Client Partner will manage and grow a portfolio of services clients across Turkey and South Asia, driving revenue growth and building long‑term partnerships on TikTok's Global Business Solutions platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and marketing priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities and unlock incremental revenue through consultative selling and solution development.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Creative, Finance, Measurement) to deliver impactful client solutions and ensure execution excellence.
• Lead business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and performance conversations with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing commercial roles such as Client Partner, Account Management, Business Development, Media, or Digital teams.
• Strong industry knowledge in one or more services sectors (Telco, Travel, Entertainment, or Finance).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Understanding of performance marketing, attribution, measurement frameworks, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to provide data‑driven recommendations.
