Export Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Export Sales Manager to expand our international business by developing export markets, managing distributors, and driving global sales of perfume and fragrance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and export business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners.
• Develop export sales strategies and achieve international sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Manage export orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and documentation teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Proven experience in international market development and distributor management.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
