Client Success & Project Manager (Part‑Time, UAE)

About the role

Integriti Law is seeking a proactive Client Success & Project Manager to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through matter completion. This part‑time position is ideal for a lawyer, former lawyer, paralegal or legal operations professional who enjoys coordinating multiple legal matters and improving delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate active client matters, track deadlines and act as the central point of contact between clients, lawyers, regulators and service providers.
• Support corporate transactions, company incorporations, UAE market entry projects and corporate secretarial work.
• Maintain matter‑management systems, standard operating procedures and delivery workflows.
• Assist with client relationship management and selected business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree with experience in a law firm, legal consultancy or professional‑services environment.
• Background in corporate transactions, M&A, PE/VC, company incorporations, UAE market entry or corporate secretarial matters.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail, initiative and an ownership mindset.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate between AED 180 and AED 220.
• Part‑time commitment of approximately 60 hours per month.
• Remote work with a preference for UAE‑based candidates.
