About the role

An experienced and organized Clinic Manager is sought to oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics within an institutional setting. The role ensures smooth clinic operations, effective staff management, compliance with healthcare regulations and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics within the institution
• Supervise clinic staff and ensure adequate staffing and smooth workflow across all locations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and institutional requirements
• Monitor clinic performance, service quality, documentation and operational reports
• Coordinate with institutional management and healthcare teams on operational concerns
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and performance
• Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment, supplies and clinic facilities
• Handle patient concerns and implement improvements to service delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or a related field
• Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare operations or multi-site clinic supervision
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical operations in the UAE
• Immediate availability is an advantage
