Clinical Consultant – Healthcare IT Implementation

About the role

Oracle Health is seeking a Staff Clinical Consultant to join its International Consulting team in Dubai. You will combine clinical expertise with technology to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) for healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current clinical workflows, facilitate workshops, and document requirements and gaps.
• Translate clinical requirements into solution recommendations and support configuration decisions.
• Support clinical validation, user acceptance testing, and document defects or patient safety risks.
• Prepare workflow guidance, deliver clinician training, and assist with change readiness, go‑live and stabilization.
• Deliver workstreams against scope and milestones, communicating progress, dependencies and risks.
• Measure adoption, evaluate workflow outcomes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Healthcare or related field.
• At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting or HCIT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HCIT consulting, support or client‑facing solution roles.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE, travel to client sites and work flexible hours as needed.

Required skills

• Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) implementation or optimization experience.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, CPOE, medication management and integrated care workflows.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology, interoperability and information governance.
