Clinical Operations Director (Expert Consultant)

About the role

Ethos is seeking seasoned Clinical Operations Directors to help train a cutting‑edge AI language model on professional healthcare documentation. The role is fully remote, flexible, and compensated at $100 per hour for 5‑20 hours a week (or more).

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks covering patient throughput, bed utilization, care pathway redesign, and service‑line performance.
• Develop and validate staffing, reimbursement, and labor‑cost optimization models used by hospital executives.
• Produce quality and patient‑safety improvement reports and payer‑contract analysis decks.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure outputs meet professional standards and real‑world applicability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient‑throughput or service‑line performance projects.
• Proven ability to build models and dashboards presented to senior health‑system leadership.
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
