About the role
Joint Space is seeking a Patient Journey Coordinator to work alongside practitioners and the reception team at its Alserkal Avenue clinic in Dubai. You will help patients understand their treatment plans, explore additional services, and confidently book their next steps.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with patients in the clinic, receive referrals from practitioners, and explain treatment plans and complementary services.
- Provide clear information on services, pricing, and booking options to enable well‑informed decisions.
- Identify and address reasons patients may hesitate to book, communicating insights back to practitioners.
- Coordinate closely with the reception team to ensure bookings are completed and follow up with patients who need more time.
- Track referrals, conversations, and bookings, reviewing numbers regularly to meet agreed booking targets.
Required profile
- Patient‑facing attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and convey service offerings and pricing.
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary health environment.
