Cluster Accounting Clerk

About the role

The Cluster Accounting Clerk supports the finance function for Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related finance/accounting work experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic spreadsheets.
• Basic knowledge of journals, ledgers, and accounting software.
