Internal Control and Business Support Manager – Business Support & Analytics

About the role

The Internal Control and Business Support Manager will lead financial effect analysis for expansion projects, automate reporting using BI tools, and oversee the internal control framework and enterprise risk management policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial modeling process for Financial Effect Analysis (FEA) and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports to support management decision‑making and conduct bottoms‑up costing exercises.
• Facilitate pricing negotiations with the Department of Health, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Act as primary finance contact on major expansion projects, tracking actual expenses against budgets.
• Develop, automate and maintain BI reports (e.g., Qlik Sense) and train end users.
• Manage the internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) framework and ensure compliance with international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or CFA.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in a similar finance role, preferably in a large healthcare facility.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and cost analysis.
• Business Intelligence reporting tools, specifically Qlik Sense.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and enterprise risk management.
