Cluster Sales Manager – Corporate & Long Stay

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Cluster Sales Manager will lead sales activities for the Corporate and Long‑Stay segment across Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key accounts, driving revenue across rooms, meetings, and F&B, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and activities under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, long‑stay guests, and business partners.
• Achieve and exceed sales forecasts for rooms, meetings, and food & beverage departments.
• Identify and nurture a network of decision‑makers to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct face‑to‑face sales calls, telephone outreach, and entertainment events to grow the corporate portfolio.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, budgets, and forecasts in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in corporate and long‑stay hotel sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with key decision‑makers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary sales team.
