CNS Product Specialist

About the role

The CNS Product Specialist will promote central nervous system pharmaceutical products to neurologists, psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering scientific presentations and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned CNS products to neurologists, psychiatrists and key opinion leaders, delivering scientific discussions and product presentations.
• Develop and execute territory business plans, manage customer segmentation, call planning and account strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor prescription trends, competitor activity and market developments, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain an accurate database of healthcare professionals and key accounts, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE, preferably in CNS, neurology or psychiatry.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related life‑sciences discipline.
• Established relationships with relevant healthcare professionals are an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a results‑driven attitude.
