About the role
Join Cipriani Middle East and Europe as a Cocktail Waiter, delivering exceptional service to guests in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests at assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Recommend items based on guest preferences and anticipate needs
- Handle guest concerns, escalating issues when required
- Safely transport food and beverages from bar and kitchen
- Maintain professional appearance and follow uniform standards
