Commercial Assistant – Franchise Internship

About the role

Boucheron is seeking a dynamic Commercial Assistant Intern to support Retail Excellence and Performance across its Middle East boutique network. The role offers hands‑on experience in sales performance analysis, operations, and store planning within a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in producing monthly reports on retail KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion) and provide insightful analysis for internal and partner reviews.
• Monitor boutique performance and competitor activity, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate invoicing, logistics documentation, and after‑sales requests for all markets.
• Support regional events, commercial fairs, and the creation of product catalogues and promotional materials.
• Help plan visual merchandising, store maintenance, and coordinate opening or refurbishment projects.

Required profile

• Beginner level in retail performance with strong analytical affinity.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
• Student status, able to start on 2026‑12‑07.

Required skills

• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI (optional).
