Commercial Development Graduate Trainee (NesTalent)

About the role

The NesTalent program is a fast‑track development initiative at Nestlé Middle East and North Africa. As a Commercial Development Graduate Trainee you will rotate through different commercial teams, gaining exposure to category growth, shopper insights and marketing‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support category growth initiatives and commercial strategies.
• Analyse shopper behaviour and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across marketing and sales.
• Participate in rotational assignments within various commercial departments.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong academic record (very good GPA).
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment and manage time effectively.
• Curious, enthusiastic and a fast learner.
