Commercial Manager – UAE Luxury Furniture & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager with deep UAE market experience in high‑end furniture, joinery, kitchens and interior fit‑out. The role will drive commercial strategy and ensure profitable delivery across manufacturing and fit‑out divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy across manufacturing, fit‑out, kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture divisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end tendering, bill of quantities, costing, pricing structures and margin analysis.
• Negotiate contracts, manage risk, variations, claims, liquidated damages exposure and payment terms.
• Coordinate procurement and define supplier commercial terms.
• Produce reporting dashboards covering sales, backlog, margins and cash flow.
• Align cross‑functional teams to ensure sales commitments match operational delivery.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years in commercial management within luxury furniture, design & build or interior fit‑out.
• Strong UAE/GCC market experience.
• Proven track record on large‑scale residential, hospitality or developer projects.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing costing, fit‑out contracts and variation management.
• Degree in Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
