Commercial Operations Specialist – MEA & Russia

About the role

Livanova is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support its Middle East, Africa and Russia markets. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring smooth demand, supply, order management and logistics processes for medical technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Connect and track the end‑to‑end supply chain process.
• Participate in demand planning and identify forecast risks.
• Review, validate and obtain approvals for orders.
• Place orders promptly and ensure on‑time deliveries, complying with import requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams to optimise the full order cycle.
• Monitor stock levels, delivery times and efficiency, raising issues and proposing solutions.
• Maintain performance metrics, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Build professional relationships with existing and new clients to understand future needs.
• Adhere to Livanova policies, ethics and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) experience in commercial operations, supply chain or related functions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
