About the role
The Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food within the assigned kitchen section while ensuring adherence to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas policies and procedures. The role delivers courteous, professional, and efficient service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with high standards.
- Basic culinary skills and good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
