About the role
Join JA The Resort in Dubai as a Commis II and support the culinary team in delivering high‑quality dishes for our guests. This entry‑level position offers a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, international kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high‑quality dishes following recipes and portion controls.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including food storage, handling, and stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Previous kitchen experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of international cuisine and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of HACCP and basic food hygiene practices.
