About the role
Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Barsha Heights is seeking an Outlet Cashier to manage cash handling and settlement for its food & beverage outlet. The role ensures accurate processing of checks, cash, and card transactions while maintaining compliance with hotel cash policies.
Key responsibilities
- Settle Food & Beverage checks accurately, handle tender change and apply discounts as needed.
- Prepare cashier summary at shift close following hotel guidelines.
- Tally cash, card, and other settlements and deposit cash in the safe according to policy.
- Deposit all checks and reports to the finance department within the assigned timeframe.
