About the role
The Commis III will support food preparation and service across the hotel’s outlets. You will follow Anantara’s culinary standards to ensure high‑quality dishes for guests while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and prepare mise en place for outlets as required.
- Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all working areas, following food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques, including dating, storage, rotation and compliance with safety standards.
- Take responsibility for hotel property, equipment and facilities, and follow departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Support events, banquets and other functions as needed.
- Comply with personal hygiene, grooming standards, fire safety rules and health and safety regulations.
