About the role
The Commissioning Engineer will support I&C commissioning activities for waste‑to‑X projects, ensuring delivery aligns with project requirements, contractual obligations, and HSEQ standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure I&C works are performed according to contractual requirements, approved drawings, standards, and within time and budget constraints.
- Review and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) to meet HSE requirements.
- Promote HSEQ compliance across KVI and contractor teams, eliminating or mitigating risks wherever practicable.
- Contribute lessons learned and feedback for current and future projects.
Required profile
- I&C, Mechanical or Process engineering degree with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HSEQ legal and management system requirements.
- Valid SCC certificate or equivalent.
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications.
- SharePoint (advantage).
- COMOS (advantage).
