Community Manager

About the role

MAINTAINED is redefining property maintenance in the UAE by embedding its service teams directly within exclusive estates. As a Community Manager you will be the pivotal link between residents, the on‑site team and the founder, ensuring the community receives premium, hotel‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one community, including service delivery, field team coordination, client relationships and P&L accountability.
• Maintain MAINTAINED’s SLA standards: minute‑level response times, on‑time planned maintenance, and hospitality‑grade close‑outs.
• Build and nurture a personal client book, conduct quarterly reviews, and drive renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and generate warm referrals for the sales team.
• Onboard new residents swiftly, ensuring a flawless first visit and consistent promise delivery.
• Represent MAINTAINED on‑site, fostering relationships with residents and estate management.
• Lead a dedicated coordinator and field engineers, providing regular coaching and performance tracking.
• Control operational numbers: purchase orders, invoicing within 48 hours, weekly reporting of five key metrics and monthly P&L reviews with the founder.

Required profile

• 5+ years in hospitality (hotels, resorts, branded residences or private clubs) with direct service‑operations responsibility.
• Proven track record of meeting meaningful SLAs and retaining clients over multiple years.
• Experience leading field teams such as engineers, technicians or coordinators.
• Ability to uphold a five‑star service standard in a property‑maintenance environment.
