Company Formation Specialist

About the role

Unispire Business Hub is seeking an organized, client‑focused professional to support clients with company formation, residency visas, corporate bank account applications, license renewals, invoicing and related corporate services. The role involves coordinating with clients, free‑zone authorities and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute company formation and residency visa processes in line with client requirements and authority procedures.
• Handle business license renewals and update reminders in the CRM or client portal.
• Assist clients with corporate bank account applications, preparing documents and liaising with banks.
• Prepare compliance and KYC documents for review by the compliance officer.
• Maintain daily correspondence with clients, free zones, government authorities, banks and service providers.
• Prepare and issue invoices, keeping organized digital and physical tax invoice records.
• Monitor application progress, follow up on missing documents and pending payments, and keep clients informed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience with a UAE free zone or corporate services provider.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability to convert enquiries into confirmed services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client‑relationship skills.
