About the role
The Completions Engineer will work on the Ruwais site in the UAE, following an 8‑weeks on / 2‑weeks off rotation. The role involves overseeing completion activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily completion operations on a 10‑hour shift schedule.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, meals and laundry services for on‑site staff.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law regarding holidays, leave and end‑of‑service gratuity.
Required profile
- Experienced engineering professional willing to work on a contract basis.
- Willingness to relocate to the Ruwais site and adhere to the rotation schedule.
Required skills
- Engineering background relevant to completions work.
What we offer
- Monthly package of AED 20,000 (basic salary AED 10,000, housing allowance AED 8,000, transport allowance AED 2,000).
- Single accommodation on‑site, 4‑star hotel in Abu Dhabi city, transport and laundry provisions.
- UAE residency visa, medical insurance, mobilisation/demobilisation flights, and public holidays as per UAE law.
