Complex Sales Executive – Corporate

About the role

The Complex Sales Executive – Corporate will drive revenue for Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Dubai by managing guest reservations, up‑selling services, and handling loyalty program transactions. The role combines front‑line guest interaction with support for the Sales & Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail, and enter Marriott Rewards data into the system.
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts such as reward points or tickets.
• Answer, record and resolve guest calls, requests, questions or concerns, and follow up on loyalty point redemptions.
• Perform general office duties for Sales & Marketing, such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing.
• Support management in training and motivating staff, model professional appearance and confidentiality, and monitor performance standards.
• Maintain positive working relationships, communicate clearly, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in hospitality sales or customer service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
