Compliance and Quality Monitoring Manager

About the role

The Academy Compliance & Quality Manager is the GCAA‑accepted Nominated Post Holder responsible for compliance monitoring across all Air Arabia Academy activities. This senior role designs, implements and continuously improves the Academy’s Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) and provides independent assurance to the Accountable Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Report findings, remarks and non‑compliances directly to the Accountable Manager in line with UAE GCAA regulations.
• Develop, implement and continuously review the Compliance Monitoring System across pilot training, flight dispatch, English language assessment, engineering training, examination centre and FSTD operations.
• Coordinate management compliance monitoring review meetings and follow‑up on audit results, corrective actions and improvement areas.
• Manage the full audit cycle – planning, scheduling, conducting internal and external audits, reviewing corrective actions and confirming their effectiveness.
• Conduct pre‑audits for prospective contracted service providers to ensure CMS requirements are met before engagement.
• Train internal auditors as required by the Academy’s standards.

Required profile

• Must hold the GCAA‑accepted Nominated Post Holder position for Compliance Monitoring.
• Ability to report directly to the Accountable Manager and act as the principal point of contact with the GCAA.
• Experience in coordinating compliance reviews and managing audit cycles within an aviation training environment.
