Compliance Audit Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Bybit is seeking a senior‑level Compliance Audit Manager to lead risk‑based internal audits across its global operations. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with the Compliance Audit Director and internal audit team to evaluate regulatory compliance, AML/CTF controls, and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary research and regulatory scanning to identify emerging compliance risks.
• Participate in walkthroughs with Compliance, AML, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end compliance and AML/CTF audits, assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
• Prepare high‑quality workpapers, draft audit issues, root‑cause analyses and remediation recommendations.
• Evaluate Bybit’s compliance with regulators such as VARA, SCA, SFC, AUSTRAC and EU frameworks.
• Produce clear audit reports, present findings to senior management and track remediation progress.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in internal audit, compliance or AML/CTF auditing.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory requirements (e.g., VARA, SCA, SFC, AUSTRAC, EU).
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate audit results effectively.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
