Compliance Executive – Logistics (UAE National)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing air freight transportation for Morgan Cargo Ltd, ensuring full compliance with international regulations and safe handling of dangerous goods.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and manage accurate air waybills in line with the Montreal and Warsaw Conventions.
• Ensure dangerous goods are correctly described, packaged and documented according to international safety standards.
• Coordinate transportation and storage conditions, such as temperature control for chilled cargo.
• Serve as primary contact for agents and clients, providing updates and resolving shipment issues.
• Inform shippers about liability limits, manage insurance options and handle claims for loss, damage or delay.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with international air waybill documentation and processes.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations and compliance requirements.
