Compliance & Tax Manager

About the role

The Compliance & Tax Manager will lead UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance for a leading real‑estate and property development group, ensuring accurate filings and robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, guaranteeing accurate calculations, documentation, and timely submissions.
• Develop, implement and maintain tax compliance policies and procedures across finance and other business units.
• Monitor changes in UAE tax laws and regulatory requirements to keep the organization fully compliant.
• Lead preparation, review and submission of tax returns, regulatory reports and supporting documentation.
• Manage communications with the Federal Tax Authority, external auditors, tax advisors and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Review contracts, transactions and business activities for tax implications, strengthening internal controls and mitigating compliance risks.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in tax compliance, regulatory affairs or financial governance.
• Deep knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
