Concierge Agent – Luxury Residence Services

About the role

The Concierge Agent will serve owners and guests of W Residences, delivering personalized assistance and ensuring a seamless, high‑end experience. This full‑time, on‑site position requires proactive service, strong communication, and strict adherence to security and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to owners’ and guests’ requests for information, transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning, and other services.
• Announce and authorize visitors, contractors, and service personnel, logging access in the key‑track system.
• Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department (e.g., engineering, bell‑person, housekeeping).
• Assist with owners’ reservation services using the HRS system and coordinate elevator scheduling for move‑ins/outs.
• Provide lobby ambassador duties, manage shift logs, and document incidents or safety concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, walking, or lifting objects up to 25 kg.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to collaborate with team members and support common goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software (HRS) and basic office equipment.
