Concierge – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge is the front‑line ambassador of guest experience at Atlantis The Royal, a world‑class ultra‑luxury resort on Palm Island. You will work closely with guests and internal teams to anticipate needs, craft personalised itineraries and deliver memorable moments throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed service options, create bespoke itineraries and arrange tours, transport and special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of on‑site facilities, local attractions and cultural events.
• Handle pre‑arrival and post‑stay correspondence, ensuring seamless communication.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Front Office and external partners to exceed guest expectations.
• Document guest preferences and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional, anticipatory service in a luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting guest relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French or German are advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using concierge and reservation software.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
