Construction Engineer – Civil Fit‑Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Engineer specialised in civil fit‑out projects to lead and coordinate residential, commercial and retail interior works in Dubai. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from design through to hand‑over, ensuring compliance with local authorities and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise civil fit‑out works for residential, commercial and retail projects.
• Prepare and submit all required documents to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Dubai Civil Defence and other relevant authorities.
• Obtain approvals, NOCs, conduct inspections and manage project close‑out procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and government bodies to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor progress, control budgets and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum five years of UAE experience in civil construction and interior fit‑out projects.
• Hold G+4 accreditation and Trakhees‑affiliated engineering accreditation/cards.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project; Primavera is a plus.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
