Construction Manager / Civil Engineer – Dubai

About the role

A leading workplace design and build business is seeking a Civil Engineer / Construction Manager to join its project delivery team in Dubai. The role supports commercial interior fit‑out projects from mobilisation through to handover, offering a pathway to develop into a fully rounded Construction Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial interior fit‑out projects from site mobilisation through to handover.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day construction and site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review drawings, technical documentation and manage document control and project records.
• Coordinate permits and authority approvals, monitor programme, quality and progress on site.
• Work closely with design, project management and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) registration/card at Construction Manager level.
• UAE construction, interiors or fit‑out experience preferred.
• Good understanding of construction and site processes.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with a desire to develop further in Construction Management.
