Construction Manager – EPC Oil & Gas

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a large EPC oil and gas project for a reputable client in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on overseeing brownfield interventions while ensuring minimal disruption to live plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of a large EPC project, including FEED, execution, and close‑out.
• Coordinate brownfield modifications, live plant upgrades, tie‑ins, and shutdown activities.
• Ensure seamless integration of new works with existing operations.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, especially ADNOC, to meet contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering.
• 20+ years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in oil and gas EPC projects.
• Proven track record handling large brownfield EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience with ADNOC projects.
