Construction Manager – Road & Infrastructure (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead road and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role focuses on delivering highways, road networks, bridges, interchanges, earthworks, drainage and utility works safely, on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and construction resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities and related civil works.
• Monitor project progress and resolve construction‑related issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements and approved drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of total civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager on road and infrastructure projects.
• UAE experience with Tier‑1 or major infrastructure contractors (preferred).
• Strong experience in roads, highways, earthworks, drainage, utilities and related infrastructure works.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
