Construction Worker – Immediate Start in Dubai

About the role

Hydrojet Services – Dubai is expanding its on‑site workforce to meet a strong project pipeline. We are looking for more than 30 construction workers to join our team immediately and support civil, pipeline and general construction activities across various sites in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general construction, civil and site labour tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with excavation, backfilling, concreting, shuttering and related civil works.
• Support pipeline laying, installation and maintenance operations.
• Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment safely around the site.
• Operate basic hand and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard‑free work area.
• Follow all HSE policies, procedures and site safety instructions.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents or equipment faults promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction or civil works in the UAE is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime.
• Basic understanding of site safety practices; HSE awareness is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Immediate availability is highly valued.
