Consultant – Advisory (UAE & Middle East)

About the role

Join AECOM as a Consultant – Advisory to support organisational transformation and performance improvement engagements across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will work closely with client teams, building trusted relationships and delivering practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of organisational transformation, operating model and performance improvement engagements.
• Conduct research, analysis, stakeholder interviews and assessments.
• Develop recommendations, options analyses and client deliverables.
• Design target operating models, governance frameworks and organisational structures.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support change management and capability building initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation or organisational design.
• Proven experience supporting transformation, operating model or organisational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience engaging with client stakeholders and presenting findings.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
